Description: This presentation will explore trends based on recent research in teacher, principal, and superintendent turnover in Alaska; the extent to which educator, school, district, and community characteristics are related to turnover; and the relationship among superintendent, principal, and teacher turnover. The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions about the research after the presentation.
